How do I verify my age?

Due to the new FDA regulations we are required by federal law to verify age with a photo ID. In order for us to continue selling online, you will need to email us a copy of you photo ID. You only have to do this once. Please keep in mind the Name on the I.D has to match the name on your order. We also will now require that someone over the age 18 Sign for the package.  Please remember we cannot ship to a P.O Box. The Email to send your ID to is Ageverify@justvapez.com

How do you keep my information safe and secure?

We can assure we will not share your ID with ANYONE. We will keep this information stored in a secure hard drive that only the Store Owner has access to. We are working on more ways to verify age without having to capture your ID.

If I don't like the juice can I return it?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on liquid. The only time an exchange would take place is if we by mistake sent you the wrong item. 

How long will it take before my order ships?

Standard shipping is 1-5 business days normally our packages arrive to their destination in 1-3 days.
